The PDF files below contain the minutes of Authority Board meetings for the month. Beginning with December 2010, minutes of each meeting include all of the documents in the Board Packet. Beginning with June 2011, the files are bookmarked for your convenience.

Board meetings are digitally recorded, but the sound quality is lacking and we are not able to post the recordings.  Final approved minutes are the official meeting records.
