Because we are a political subdivision of the State of NM, we are required to charge a convenience fee to recover our costs for providing this service. The fee is $2.00 per transaction. If usage warrants, this service may be extended to our other offices.

How to Provide Feedback

If you have feedback with respect to the customer service provided by our staff, please follow this procedure:

For a complaint, Customer should write down the location, date and time the incident occurred. All phone calls and customer interactions at pay windows are recorded, so this information will assist in investigating the complaint. Customer may remain anonymous if desired.
